New Zealand flat rate shipping is $20NZD for orders under $200NZD, and free for orders over $200NZD.

For all other international orders, our flat rate shipping options are AUD$20 for orders up to 2kg in weight, and AUD$35 for orders over 2kg in weight


Our shipping fees do not include import taxes and duties. Some countries charge goods and services tax and/or import duties which you will need to pay once your item arrives in your country. All payments of taxes and duties are your responsibility and are ordinarily calculated by the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose to not pick up your order.

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number by us, Sendle, or Australia Post.

If you can't find it in your inbox, it may have ended up in your junk folder.

Please note that customs may stop your parcel for a little while if they feel the need to conduct a routine search.



For most parcels, we use Australia Post to send you your new favourite thing.

We ship internationally from Melbourne, Australia, and for this we mostly use Sendle (DHL).

The majority of our parcels must be sent marked ATL (Authority to Leave). Please keep up to date with your tracking to make sure you don't miss your parcel. 

If your parcel is coming to you via Australia Post, a card may be left in your mail box or somewhere on your front door. You will need to take the card along with your ID to the post office as marked on the card in order to retrieve your parcel.

If your parcel is coming with Sendle, they have a slightly more interesting way of doing things. Please check your tracking updates - they may have taken it to one of the following:
• Your nearest Repco
• A newsagency
• A chemist
• A petrol station
• A self storage centre
• Somewhere else you'd never have thought of

Sendle doesn't have physical offices like Australia Post. Instead, they utilise a service called Hubbed; basically a network of stores and locations where one can drop off or pick up parcels from. In most cases they will leave you a card if you're not home.

Oh no! Where's it gone?! If your parcel has just taken way too long arrive, or if the tracking says it's been delivered when it obviously hasn't, you will need to lodge a non-delivery complaint with Sendle or Australia Post. If you're unsure how to do this, let us know and we'll investigate. We will help you out however we can.

Please note, we are not able to change your details after your order has been shipped! We are often super speedy at getting an order out, so it's best to double check, and then triple check! If your parcel is being sent to a business, please include the name of the business in your delivery info when you're checking out.

We are unable to refund shipping costs during any part of the process of exchanging items or in the event the parcel goes missing.
